Pellet Mill Die Manufacturing Process

Our pellet mill dies are manufactured through a controlled and quality-focused process to ensure maximum precision, durability, and performance.

  1. Step 1

    Raw Blank Inspection

Ultrasonic testing (UT), metallurgical analysis, and dimensional inspection are carried out to verify the quality of the raw material.

    Raw Blank Inspection
  2. Step 2

    Machining & Tapping

Precision machining and thread tapping are performed according to the approved design specifications.

    Machining & Tapping
  3. Step 3

    Gun Drilling

High-accuracy gun drilling ensures straight, uniform, and consistent die holes.
