Hammer Mill Screens

Using a good quality screen for hammer mill can not only improve the hammer mill performance but also the product quality. An ideal screen for hammer mill should have: a) Greater opening area (more number of holes per unit area) for quick exit of material after size reduction b) Good strength to withstand pressure generated by high-speed rotation of material inside the grinding chamber c) Substantial life Our screens have greater opening area which is achieved by more number of holes per unit area and strength & life is achieved by providing more thickness to screens. By using 1.5 times thicker screen we get 3 times more life. Screens as per customer specifications are also manufactured.
