Our Hi-Chrome Pellet Mill Dies are manufactured using our in-house German CNC gun drilling facility — the first of its kind imported to India in 2009.

The temperature of running die is always higher than the mash feed entering the die after conditioning process. As these dies are gun drilled with mirror finish of holes, longer working lengths of holes can be used and due to more retention time in die (contact of mash with die), there is instant rise in temperature of a few degrees which adds to the gelatinization process and helps in reducing bacterial load.
